Studio
Original games of many paths, built with AI and painted in ink.
We are building games where you find your own way, your decisions change what comes next, and the art takes its cue from Chinese ink-wash painting. Our first title is in development.

01 · Approach
Our approach
- We author every world.
- Its paths branch.
- Then we hand you the brush.
A painter does not steer every hair of the brush. They set an intention and let the ink find its way. We make games the same way: we author the world and its rules, then leave room for what we did not plan.
02 · Technology
Technology: Beneath every brushstroke, a map.
Under the ink, everything is data: each ridge is a height and a slope, and each choice in a game is a branch on a map we draw.
- Building
- We build our first game with Claude Code. Parallel agents write its systems, the code that generates its models and effects, and drafts of its branching design. A separate reviewer agent checks the work, and a person decides what stays.
- Rendering
- Real-time ink-wash shaders of our own, in GLSL on WebGL 2 and three.js, with ink particles simulated on the GPU. This site’s renderer, particles, calligraphy and layout were written with Claude Code. How this site is painted →
03 · What we make
What we make: Our first game, in three ideas.
The game itself stays under wraps for now, and much of it is still being designed. These are the ideas at its heart.
-
I · 灵
Your own way through
Where you go, what you carry and what you give up are yours to decide. The game is designed so no two playthroughs run the same.
-
II · 缘
Choices that branch
Your choices are designed to change what comes later, not just the ending, inside a structure we author so the story keeps its shape.
-
III · 墨
Worlds painted in ink
Stylised art inspired by Chinese ink-wash painting, in the same spirit as the shaders on this page.
04 · Players
Players: Three promises to our players.
You’ll know how it’s made
Each game will say plainly where AI helped make it, on its store page and in its credits. We will never pass off AI-assisted work as made by hand.
A person signs off
Anything AI helps make for our games is chosen and reviewed by a person before it ships. Agents can check each other’s work, but the final say is always a person’s.
Little data, never sold
Our games will collect only the data they need, and we will never sell it. Before release, each game’s privacy policy will say what is kept, for how long, which services process it, and the minimum age to play.
