Who we are
This site is run by InkRealm Studio (business name Ink Realm Studio, ABN 51 372 946 734), an independent game studio based in Adelaide, Australia (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@inkrealm.studio.
This website
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
- The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser details and network error reports, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This data may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States.
- If you change the Motion setting, your choice is saved only in your browser (or, if your browser blocks storage, in the page address as
?motion=offor?motion=on). Switching it also briefly stores your scroll position in your browser so the page can return you to the same place.
If you email us
Email to hello@inkrealm.studio is routed by Cloudflare, Inc. and delivered to the email provider we use, which may store it outside Australia. We use your name, email address and message only to reply to you, and keep the correspondence only as long as we need it. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with anyone other than Cloudflare and our email provider, unless the law requires it.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@inkrealm.studio. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email hello@inkrealm.studio with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and aim to reply in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Our games
Our first title is in development. Before we release any game, we will publish a privacy policy for it that covers:
- what player data it collects
- which service providers, including any AI service, process that data, and where
- how long we keep it
- the minimum age to play and, if younger players are allowed, the safeguards we use
- how to access, correct or delete your data
